How to do Operations on Multiple Mails, in Bulk? How to Archive/Delete/Mark as Read Multiple Emails?

You can perform an action on multiple emails at once by using Multi Edit mode.

You can enter Multi Edit mode in one of the following ways:

  1. Using the 3-dots menu on the top right of the email list view
  2. Long tapping an email in the email list view

Once in this mode, you can select the mails you want to apply an action on, and then perform the action on all of them at once. The actions include Mark all, Delete, Move, Archive, Mark as Read / Unread, Mark as Done / Undone, Star / Unstar, and others depending on context and email provider.

On iOS

You can enter Multi Edit mode in one of the following ways:

  1. Using the 3-dots menu on the top right of the email list view
  2. Long tapping an email in the email list view

Once in this mode, you can select the mails you want to apply an action on, and then perform the action on all of them at once. The actions include Move, Archive, Delete, Unread, and others depending on context and email provider.

On Desktop

You can enter Multi Edit mode in one of the following ways:

  1. From Mail View, click the Dotted Circle on the top left
  2. From Mail List, right-click the email preview | Multi edit

Once in this mode, you can select the mails you want to apply an action on, and then perform the action on all of them at once. The actions include Star, Mark as Read, Move, Block Sender, Archive, Delete, and others depending on context and email provider.
