How to Show Next Email After Deleting an Email?

Configuring your email client to specify what you see after deleting an email enhances your email management efficiency. Here’s how to set this behavior:

Desktop Clients:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Navigate to Global Settings.
3. Click on the Customize Appearance tab.
4. Choose Show after Deleting a Message:
   • Mail List: To display the mail list after deletion.
   • Next Mail: To show the next email.
   • Previous Mail: To show the previous email.

Mobile Clients:

1. Tap on More... or a similar menu icon.
2. Go to Global Settings.
3. Select Advanced Features.
4. Choose Show after Deleting a Message:
   • Mail List: To display the mail list after deletion.
   • Next Mail: To show the next email.
   • Previous Mail: To show the previous email.
