1. Verify Your Login Credentials
- Ensure you’re entering the correct email address and password.
- Try logging in via webmail to confirm your credentials work.
2. Check If Your Provider Requires an App Password
Some providers block third-party apps unless you use an app-specific password. Check your provider’s security settings for this option.
3. Review Your Email Provider’s Security Settings
- Some services block sign-ins from new devices or locations. Check if there’s a security alert in your email account.
- If your provider has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you may need to create an app password to use with BlueMail.
