How do I change the default filter?

In BlueMail, the All filter is selected by default to show all your emails. However, you have the flexibility to change this to suit your email management preferences.

Changing the Filter on iOS and Windows

  1. By default, the All filter is preselected.

  2. To change the filter, select (Windows) or tap (iOS) the Filter option located at the top of the Email List.

Changing the Default Filter on Android

  1. The All filter is preselected by default.
  2. To change the default filter setting:
    • Tap on Settings.
    • Navigate to Global.
    • Select Default Filter.
    • Choose from options like All, Unread, Starred, or Incoming.

This setting determines the default view when you open the BlueMail app, allowing for a more personalized email experience.
