Sometimes, handling email is not effective, possible, or reasonable due to various constraints. This might be due to timing, location, or lack of necessary resources. For such situations, we created the Task View feature, which allows you to defer handling emails.
Task View displays all emails set for Snooze, sorted by urgency, to help you identify the emails that need your attention. It shows emails whose designated time has elapsed, enabling you to prioritize based on both urgency and importance.
BlueMail offers ready-made time frames for snoozing emails: later today, end of day, next day/week/month, or someday in the future. You can also pick a specific date/time, which is useful when you know the best time to handle a particular email.

You can mark an email for Snooze using these methods:
- Through Top Bar Actions in Mail View.
- Via Swipe Options in List View.
When you mark an Email as Snooze+, it will be added to Tasks. When the task reaches its designated time, you'll receive a push notification (also called a snooze) as a reminder. If you prefer to hide emails marked as Snooze+, use the Incoming Filter. Otherwise, emails marked as Snooze+ will still appear in the All filter.

Marking an email as Done moves it to the “Done” tab, signifying no further action is needed, yet the email remains valuable to keep. By using the Incoming Filter, you won’t see emails marked as done.
You can mark an email as Done with these methods:
- Through the Top Bar Actions in Mail View.
- Via Swipe Options in List View.
Emails marked Done will appear in the All Filter, but not in the Incoming Filter.
By tapping More (o o o) | Global Settings | Auto Mark as Done, you can enable replied messages to be automatically marked as Done. By default, this setting is Off.
