Whether you are on vacation or just out of the office for a few days, BlueMail’s Automatic Replies has you covered.
A customized reply text can be easily set up per account, and when a sender contacts you, they will receive an immediate reply with your message.
To set this up:
- Go to Settings | Account Settings | choose your account | Account Settings | Automatic Replies
- You can then either choose to Enable the Automatic Reply with no end time or you can choose to fill in your exact dates that you want the message to run for.
- Add your custom message reply text
- Optional: Choose to send replies to only people within your server Contacts
- Optional (for organizations only): Choose to send replies to only people from your Domain
- Click Save
Note: An Automatic Reply will be sent once for each sender contacting you.
This feature is currently available for Office365 and Outlook accounts on Desktop clients.
