To help us understand and fix the issue, you can send a crash log for our app directly from your iOS device. Here’s how:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
- Tap on Analytics Data.
- In the list, look for entries with the app name. Crash logs will start with the app’s name followed by the date of the crash.
- Tap on the relevant log entry to open it.
- Share the crash log or take screenshots.
- Email the log file or screenshot to us at ios-support@bluemail.me.
