Desktop
To refresh the Mail List, click the Green Refresh icon at the top of your mail view.
Mobile
To refresh the Mail List on a mobile device, either pull the screen down (swipe your finger from the top of the screen downwards) or tap the 3-dot icon and select Refresh.
