What is Junk/Spam Folder?

Emails from senders or domains that are blocked within BlueMail, or marked as spam by your email provider, will be sent to the Junk Folder. This folder is also known as the Spam or Bulk folder.

Viewing Your Junk/Spam Folder

You can view your folders in BlueMail by following these steps:

  1. Select your account using the picker on the top ("v" symbol).
  2. Tap the Mail icon.
  3. Choose the Junk / Spam folder.

Alternatively, you can swipe from the left edge or tap the mailbox icon in the top left corner, choose the desired account, and then select the Junk / Spam folder.
