To access your Account's Advanced Settings, follow these steps:
- Open Settings.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select the account you wish to manage.
- Tap or click on Advanced Account Settings.
The options available are as follows:
- Always BCC - Automatically add an address to BCC.
- Always Show CC/BCC in Compose - Show CC/BCC lines by default.
- Use High Importance - Set high importance as default.
- Enable Read Receipt - Set read receipt as default.
- Don't Append Sent Messages - Enable this if you receive duplicate emails in your sent items folder.
Note: This is irrelevant for most account types like Gmail, Outlook, and might be greyed out (unavailable). - Always Show Images - Automatically display images in emails.
- Block Tracking Images - Prevent tracking images from loading.
- Mark as Read when Opened - Mark messages as read when opened.
- Sending Headers Style - Choose between Mobile Headers (Gmail Style) or Full Headers (Outlook Style).
