The Account Drawer in BlueMail allows you to easily navigate between your accounts and folders. Here's how you can access it:
For Windows, Mac & Linux:
Click the top-left Mail menu icon to access the Account Drawer.
In the drawer, your accounts are on the left, and the Folder Pane is on the right.
Selecting an account displays all folders for that account. For multiple accounts, view your Unified Folders.
Folders created by your email provider (special/system folders) are shown first, followed by your custom folders. Click "More" to view the full folder list.
Examples of system folders: Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Trash, Spam, Outbox, Archive/All Mail.
Other folders are custom and can be renamed, deleted, or created.
Note: For IMAP, the Inbox syncs regularly. For EAS, both the Inbox and Sent folders sync regularly.
For iOS & Android:
Tap the circular account icon at the top-left of the screen to open the Account Drawer. This icon shows your profile picture, or your email provider's icon if you haven't set a picture.
The drawer opens showing the folders of the currently selected account.
To view the folders of a different account, switch to that account first, then reopen the drawer. For multiple accounts, see your Unified Folders.
Swipe down for the full folder list.
Provider's folders (special/system folders) are shown first, then your custom folders.
Examples of system folders: Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Trash, Spam, Outbox, Archive/All Mail.
If using IMAP, custom folders can be renamed, deleted, or created.
Note: On IMAP, the Inbox folder syncs regularly. On EAS, the Inbox and Sent folders sync by default, and you can Enable EAS Folder Sync for other folders.
Note: Folders created by your mail provider are called special or system folders. These folders cannot be changed or deleted unless you do so with your provider. Most other folders are custom folders and can be managed as per your preference.
