Blocking a sender in BlueMail is a straightforward process, allowing you to filter out unwanted emails and maintain a cleaner inbox. Here's how you can block a sender across different platforms:
On Desktop
- To block a sender from the main list, right-click on an email and select "Block Sender".
- Alternatively, in the email view, click the 3-dot button at the top right and choose "Block Sender".
- You have the option to block the specific sender or the entire domain.
- Once blocked, this email and all future emails from that sender or domain will be automatically blocked.
On Android & iOS
- Open the email and tap the 3-dot menu, then select "Block Sender".
- Another way is to use the Swipe Menu, which can be configured with a shortcut to "Block Sender".
- The email will then move to the "Spam" folder.
If you decide to unblock a sender or domain in BlueMail, you can easily do so to allow their emails again. These steps ensure that you have control over who can send you emails, thereby enhancing your email management and security.
