  2. Go to Settings

    • Click the Menu (top-right corner) and select Settings.
  3. Navigate to Core Shields Settings

    • Go to Protection > Core Shields.
  4. Disable SSL/TLS Scanning

    • Under Email Shield, uncheck "Scan inbound and outbound emails (SSL/TLS)."
  5. Save Changes

    • Click OK or Save.
  6. Restart BlueMail

    • Close and reopen BlueMail to apply the changes.

Norton Antivirus Instructions

  1. Open Norton Antivirus

    • Launch the Norton application on your system.
  2. Go to Settings

    • From the main dashboard, select Settings.
  3. Navigate to Email Protection Settings

    • Go to Antivirus or Email Protection settings.
  4. Disable SSL/TLS Scanning

    • Uncheck "Scan incoming and outgoing email (SSL/TLS)."
  5. Save Changes

    • Click Apply or Save.
  6. Restart BlueMail

    • Close and reopen BlueMail to ensure the changes take effect.

Note: Disabling SSL/TLS scanning does not compromise your security but ensures smoother email performance. Always keep your antivirus updated for overall protection.
