GemAI Hub helps you manage your inbox with AI-powered summaries and draft replies, built to give you both speed and privacy by default. Summaries don’t just live in the Hub, once created, they also power the preview text in your main email list. Instead of showing the first line of the email, your inbox previews highlight the summary, giving you more essential information at a glance.

When you use bulk generation (Summarize or Generate All), everything is processed automatically on your device. Your data never leaves your phone or tablet so you can handle large batches of emails with confidence.

When you want more advanced AI capabilities, you can choose to use cloud AI features. This gives you the flexibility to balance privacy and power while staying in control.

  1. Stay notified<br> A dot on the AI Hub icon signals when drafts or summaries can be created.
  2. Focused view<br> AI Hub shows only emails eligible for AI generation so you know exactly where to start.
  3. Automatic on-device generation<br> Bulk actions such as Summarize All or Generate All are always processed locally for speed and privacy.
  4. Track progress<br> Every message shows its current status:

• Pending – Not yet generated<br> • Generated – Ready for review

  1. Smarter inbox previews<br> Once summaries are generated, the preview text in your main email list is replaced with the summary instead of the first line of the email. This gives you more essential information at a glance, helping you decide faster which emails need attention.
