Understanding how folder operations work across different account types is crucial for effective email management.
For IMAP and Exchange Accounts: Folder operations (creating, renaming, or deleting) in BlueMail will synchronize with your mail server. Changes made in BlueMail will reflect on the server.
For POP3 Accounts: Folders are managed locally on your device. Actions like creating, renaming, or deleting a folder will only affect the BlueMail application on your device. Folders in POP3 accounts are local and do not sync with any server.
For Windows, Mac & Linux:
Create a New Folder: Go to the Folder view, tap the “+” icon, select "New," enter the folder name, and press Enter.

Rename a Folder: Go to the Folder view, right-click the folder you wish to rename, select "Rename Folder," enter the new name, and press Enter.
Delete a Folder: Go to the Folder view, right-click the folder you wish to delete, and select "Delete Folder." Confirm by tapping “Yes.”

Creating a New Subfolder: In the Folder view, right-click and select "New folder" to create a new subfolder.
For Android & iOS:
To Create, Rename, or Delete a Folder, follow these steps:
- Tap Settings.

- Go to Folder Management.
- Then, choose one of the following options:
