Managing Email Folders - Create, Rename, Delete

Understanding how folder operations work across different account types is crucial for effective email management.

  • For IMAP and Exchange Accounts: Folder operations (creating, renaming, or deleting) in BlueMail will synchronize with your mail server. Changes made in BlueMail will reflect on the server.

  • For POP3 Accounts: Folders are managed locally on your device. Actions like creating, renaming, or deleting a folder will only affect the BlueMail application on your device. Folders in POP3 accounts are local and do not sync with any server.

For Windows, Mac & Linux:

  • Create a New Folder: Go to the Folder view, tap the “+” icon, select "New," enter the folder name, and press Enter. How to Create folder jpeg
