Getting to know BlueMail’s Add-ons Widgets and iMessage

BlueMail's add-ons are designed to boost your productivity and offer great features that are accessible even when you're not using the BlueMail app. Among these, BlueMail supports widgets for quick email actions from your device's home screen, and the iMessage add-on offers cool features directly within Messages.

Supported Widgets on BlueMail:

1. Compose Widget

Quickly compose new emails from a selected account without launching the BlueMail app. This widget saves you time by simplifying email composition.

2. Unread Widget

Stay updated on the number of unread emails across your selected accounts. It provides a quick overview and easy access to unread messages.

3. Email Widget

View the latest emails from a selected account on your home screen. This widget keeps you informed by displaying email previews without opening the app.

Adding Widgets on iOS (Today’s View)

  1. Swipe right from the Home Screen or Lock Screen.
  2. Touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps jiggle.
  3. Tap the Add button (gray + icon) in the upper-left corner.
  4. Select the BlueMail Email Widget.
  5. Customize the widget's size as desired.
  6. Tap "Done" to save the changes.
  7. The widget(s) will now appear in your Today View.

Adding Widgets on iOS (Home Screen)

  1. From the Home Screen, touch and hold a widget or an empty area.
  2. Tap the Add button (gray + button) in the upper-left corner.
  3. Locate "BlueMail" in the widget management screen.
  4. Customize the widget's size as preferred.
  5. The widget(s) will appear on your Home screen.

Removing or Editing Widgets on iOS

  1. Swipe right from the Home Screen or Lock Screen.
  2. Touch and hold a widget and tap Edit Widget.
  3. Make your changes and tap outside the widget to exit.

You can also rearrange your widgets for easier access by touching and holding a widget until it jiggles, then moving it around on the screen.

iMessage

The BlueMail iMessage extension allows you to add a variety of unique emojis to your iMessage conversations, adding fun and personality.

Siri

The BlueMail Siri Shortcuts Widget lets you manage your emails through voice commands. Create customized shortcuts to automate tasks and access key BlueMail features:

1. Open Folder Shortcut

Open a specific folder in BlueMail using Siri. For example, say, "Hey Siri, open my Work folder in BlueMail," and access your folder instantly.

2. Send Email Shortcut

Compose and send an email using Siri. Create a command like, "Hey Siri, send an email using BlueMail," and Siri will assist you in composing and sending the email.
