How to Forward Emails?

Forwarding an email can be a quick way to share information with others. Below are the methods you can use to forward emails on different platforms.

On Android & iOS

1. In your message list, swipe right on the email you want to forward.
2. Tap the + to reveal more actions.
3. Tap Forward, then choose your recipient(s) and send.

To forward faster, add Forward as a Swipe Action or to the Bottom Bar Actions: go to More | Global Settings | Customize Menus | Configure Action Buttons.

On Desktop (Windows, Mac & Linux)

Open the email, then select Forward from the mail view's action toolbar.

On any device, you can also forward an email from the 3-dot Menu in Mail View.
