Calendar and Contact Sync for Exchange and Office365

BlueMail supports calendar and contact synchronization for various Exchange servers, including Office 365. To ensure proper sync, you might need to remove and then re-add your Exchange or Office 365 account.

Removing and Re-adding Your Exchange or Office 365 Account

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings.
  3. Select your Exchange account.
  4. Tap Edit Account and then Remove Account.

This step is crucial to refresh the account settings and solve any sync issues.

Re-adding Your Exchange Account

  1. Tap Add Other Account.
  2. Choose Exchange.
  3. Ensure you check the box next to "ActiveSync".
  4. Follow the steps to add your Exchange account.

By checking the "ActiveSync" option, you enable the necessary protocols for seamless calendar and contact synchronization with your Exchange account.
