How to Delete Emails from the Server with POP3 Accounts?

BlueMail currently allows you to leave emails on the provider's server for POP3 accounts, as well as delete them under various circumstances.

To manage these settings, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Navigate to Accounts.
  3. Tap on your account.
  4. Select Delete Messages on Server.

The following options are available:

  • Never - This is the default setting to keep emails on the server.
  • When deleting from trash - Emails will be deleted from the server when they are removed from the Trash folder.
  • When downloading messages - Emails will be deleted from the server automatically when they are received.

These settings provide flexibility in managing how your emails are stored and can help in keeping your server space optimized.
