How to Unblock a Sender?

To unblock a sender who was previously blocked using BlueMail's Spam feature, please navigate to (o o o) | Accounts | select the account | Block List | Addresses OR Domains | Tap the X to remove them from the list.

We do not provide a spam filter per se, but rather a Spam Management tool that works in conjunction with your provider's spam filter. Your provider uses specialized software to identify suspicious emails and places them in the spam folder. This action is reflected in both BlueMail and your provider’s web client.

Any adjustments you make in BlueMail are designed to complement your provider’s actions. We cannot undo or override your provider's settings. Therefore, if your provider's filter flags an email as spam, it will be moved to the Spam folder. We have no control over this. Even if we attempted to intervene, your provider would likely move it back to the spam folder.

Only if you block a sender in BlueMail, can you unblock this address or domain to trust them again.
