If you've changed your email account's password with your email provider, it's essential to update this new password in the BlueMail client as well. Please note that updating your password in BlueMail does not change your password with your email provider; it merely ensures that BlueMail has the correct credentials to access your account.
To update your password in BlueMail:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Accounts.
- Tap the account for which you've changed the password.
- Choose Edit Account.
- Select Update Password.
Remember: You cannot change the password that is associated with your email account directly from within BlueMail. If you need to reset or change your email account password, please do so through your email provider's system. We cannot reset your email provider's password for you.
