Cluster settings in BlueMail allow you to manage how grouped emails, or 'clusters', behave in the Main View. These settings help you tailor your email experience to your preferences, especially when dealing with multiple related messages.
Accessing Cluster Settings
Navigate to the advanced features:
- Click Settings | Global Settings | Conversations Tab.
Under the Conversations Tab, you'll find several options to customize cluster behavior:
- Show Entire Cluster on Click: When you click on an email in the list view, it opens the entire message list of that cluster.
- Perform Operations on Entire Cluster: Any action taken in Multi-Edit mode will apply to all emails within the cluster.
- Confirm Before Operating on Clusters: You can enable a confirmation prompt before performing actions on a cluster.
