Uninstall procedure

For Windows Users Only:

If BlueMail leftovers in the registry cause issues after uninstalling, follow these steps to remove them:

  1. Open Registry Editor

    • Type regedit in the Windows search bar and select Registry Editor. Approve the UAC prompt.
  2. Navigate to the Registry Path

    • Go to:
      Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
      
  3. Delete BlueMail Entries

    • Look for a key named "BlueMail" or any related entry.
    • Right-click the key and select Delete. Confirm the deletion.
  4. Restart Your Computer

    • Restart to apply changes.

Important: Backup your registry before making changes via File > Export. Avoid modifying unrelated entries to prevent system issues.
