How to Cancel Your BlueMail+ Plan

If You Subscribed Through the Web (Stripe)

  1. Log into the Billing Portal.
  2. Click on "Cancel Plan."
  3. Your Premium plan will remain active until your next billing date, after which your account will switch to the free version.
  4. Please note that canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.

If You Subscribed Through the App Store:

If You Subscribed Through Google Play:

Refund Policy for Monthly and Annual Software Services through Stripe:

  • For subscriptions managed through Stripe, refunds are typically not provided for any unused portion of your current billing period, even if you unsubscribe.

  • 7-Day Free Trial for Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 7 days of your annual subscription (trial period), you are eligible for a full refund. After the 7-day trial period, no refunds will be issued.
